Factories

Over the last 2 decades we've produced in the United Kingdom, Morocco, India, Africa, Dubai, China, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Vietnam and Bangladesh - so we have a wide range of experience when it comes to sourcing and working with different factories and fabric mills.

We concentrate our efforts on Bangladesh for a number of reasons, primarily to ensure that our focus on producing the best value garment at the right quality for our customer can be guaranteed.

Our team of merchandisers, compliance officers, quality controllers and technical managers visit our partner factories on a daily basis making sure our values are followed and all our stakeholders benefit.

Employees

Spread across six factories we are currently working with there are over 12,000 employees working within Bangladesh with more people supporting the supply chain.

Certifications and Audits

We only work with the best value factories we can find for our customers and that doesn’t mean reducing any of our ESG or technical/quality commitments.

When sourcing factories we hone in on the strengths and help to develop these by working in partnership for long term relationships. We support the factories in many different ways and each factory has many credentials signed off by international respected firms.

As our factories produce across the globe their credentials and audits vary but the focus on producing ethically and in a sustainable manner remains. All factories have undergone Accord/Alliance certification with the requirements for upkeeping these standards now being handed over to the RSC in Bangladesh.

All factories undertake annual audits for either BSCI/WRAP purposes and, other than undergoing our own social and technical audits, external third parties are brought in on behalf of customers to undertake technical audits.

We are a member of SEDEX and all our factories undertake SMETA audits.
